Margarine (spread) based on vegetable oil with 20% fat is an emulsified product that can be used as a substitute for butter.
The margarine contains refined and deodorized vegetable oils (sunflower, palm, soybean, olive oil and others), emulsifiers, preservatives and food colorants. In spreads, the content of trans isomers of unsaturated fatty acids should not exceed 8%.
Margarine and spreads are used in cooking for making various pastries, creams, sauces and other dishes.

Storage conditions:
It is recommended to store in a dark place at temperatures from +10 to +18 °C and relative humidity not more than 80%. After opening the package, the product should be stored in a refrigerator at temperatures from +2 to +6 °C.

Usually the shelf life of margarines and spreads is from 30 to 180 days depending on the manufacturer and storage conditions.
