Luvar, fried over a fire — this is a method of cooking fish in which it is fried in a special pan with charcoal.
For frying luvar over a fire, a large fish is used, which is first cleaned, gutted and salted. Then it is rubbed with sunflower oil and dusted in flour. After that, the luvar is fried in a pan over charcoal for 10-15 minutes on each side.
Cooked in this way, luvar has a crispy crust and tender flesh. It is served with fried potatoes, a vegetable salad and sauce.
